The player rolls two '/party dice 13's then the dealer rolls one '/party dice 13'. You may HIT and roll '/party dice 13' for each hit, action is yours until you STAY or BUST. Rolling two of the same numbers may you SPLIT for your first action and play with two hands, your bet will be split and you roll an addition 2 '/party dice 13's and continue normally. (You may not SPLIT again after)
Players may DOUBLE DOWN Paying double their current bet on the hand and rolling '/party dicer 13' ONCE for the rest of the hand.
